“One great aspect of Alma is the ease of use of the software. We had a training session and could pretty much figure everything out from there. When we had a question about something, Alma personnel were great with assisting us. There have been features we desired the software to have and after mentioning those to Alma they have been great about adding those features or working towards the additions.”
