Debra Crum has been an SIS and compliance reporting administrator for over a decade. She played a critical role in the selection and implementation of the Alma platform at Wilmington Area School District and continues to lead her district in the adoption and integration of cutting edge technology. Most recently she leveraged Alma Start to successfully implement paperless enrollment and helped support her entire district throughout the transition.

Jeff has been instrumental in establishing WASD as a technology leader in the region by embracing cutting-edge solutions, leading the way as the first district in the area to provide every student with a mobile device for academic use, and achieving the status of Google Reference District.

As Director of Technology, Innovation, and Online Learning, Sam Mormando led Garnet Valley School District to become nationally recognized for innovative teaching practices. including its adoption of Open Education Resources, using Amazon’s Alexa as a learning aid for students, and developing its student-centered course design process which allows students at the secondary level to take their courses in-person, online, and/or in a blended format. Prior to this, he was an award-winning Classrooms for the Future teacher and instructional coach.
